		<description>I wouldn&#039;t be too hard on yourself. With the amount of weight training you&#039;ve been doing, I&#039;m sure that you&#039;ve been adding on a lot of muscle mass, so that likely accounts for at least some of the weight gain.

That being said, it definitely sounds like your diet could use some work. It&#039;s the summer, and I think we probably all have a bit harder time eating well. We&#039;re outside having fun (like on your boat), and eating less-than-stellar food often goes along with that. You&#039;ve got to find something to help motivate you to keep at it and keep reminding yourself why you&#039;re doing this. 

If you don&#039;t like how you look in the photos you posted, maybe you should print them out and carry them around with you in your wallet. That way, any time you feel your eating starting to slip, you can just pull out those photos as a reminder of why you shouldn&#039;t be eating that way. 

But overall, you still seem to be making some great progress and are headed in the right direction. You know what you need to do to be successful, you just need to get out there and KEEP DOING IT!</description>
